    In this knife series, the name says it all: the Chef's Edition was designed for cooking professionals and for all those who want the highest precision when cutting. The idea for the collection came about after a workshop on hand posture and technique when cutting. This is because professional chefs hold wide knives between their thumb and index finger at the transition to the bolster - exactly where a sharp edge is found on conventional knives. This realization led to the development of cutting tools with smooth transitions between blade and bolster as well as at the back of the knife. Without sharp edges, the Chef's Edition knives nestle perfectly in the hand and effortlessly cut the thickest meat and crunchiest vegetables. Thanks to the seamless finish of the stainless steel handles, the models are particularly easy to clean and hygienic.
