Vouchers - delivery and redemption
All vouchers, regardless of type, are automatically saved in your DeinDeal account after purchase. You can print them or download them as a PDF at any time. On each voucher you will find instructions on how to redeem it as well as all the necessary contact details of our partners. You will also find all the information about the validity, any restrictions and the details of the offer.
Products - ordering and home delivery
Your purchased products will be distributed through our logistics center and delivered to your home. Your order will be processed directly by us. This way you will always find an open ear for any problems or questions that might come up. Delivery periods can be found in the order confirmation available in your account immediately after your purchase.
Your products will be delivered by mail or DPD, except for bulky products such as bed frames or items weighing more than 30 kilograms. In this case, our shipping partner will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable time for delivery to the curb. By arrangement and at an additional cost, delivery to the front door is possible.
How to make a warranty claim?
We usually provide a warranty on defective products. You will find the relevant information in the product information prior to purchase. This is how you proceed to claim your warranty:
- Take a photo of the defective product in such a way that the area of concern is clearly visible.
- Contact our customer service department within two working days via contact form.
- Our support team will then guide you through the next steps.

As an intermediary, it is important to us that the redemption of the voucher with our partners meets your full satisfaction. If you cannot redeem your voucher because our partner has become insolvent, you will get the money back in full for the corresponding DeinDeal voucher.
