The flexible fabric is only longitudinally elastic, providing a secure grip with maximum freedom of movement. Once in place, pressure relief can be adjusted on both sides using the Velcro straps. FEATURES The narrow bandage lies directly under the kneecap and exerts concentrated pressure on the patellar tendon to relieve tearing. A special integrated cushion controls the relief effect and stimulates the tendon via four pressure points. The two internal pressure points also guide the patellar tendon under load.
