Description
- Type:
- Vinification: Careful hand-picking. The grapes are pressed with little pressure, then statically pre-clarified and fermented in steel tanks. Ageing on the fine lees takes place for just under a year in French wooden barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place.
- Culinary recommendation: Gorgeous with fish - from grilled gilthead bream and trout to steamed pikeperch or a fine monkfish fillet.
- Aroma & Taste: The nose reveals a fine spiciness, almond aromas and fruity notes of pear and apricot. On the palate, the Chardonnay seduces with a medium fullness, is creamy and balanced, great balance, finely chiseled and mineral on the finish.
