Questa nuova edizione offre un maggior numero di espressioni da mimare: 432 contro 300, quindi un numero ancora maggiore di combinazioni da mimare (22 000 in precedenza, contro le oltre 46 000 attuali). La grafica ha subito un lifting e le regole sono state rinfrescate. Il principio è lo stesso: deve mimare scene molto insolite ai suoi partner, dopo aver estratto una carta da due pile diverse. La prima carta le mostra il soggetto (ad esempio, un cavallo) e la seconda mostra l'azione che il soggetto sta compiendo (ad esempio, fumare un sigaro). Se riesce a far indovinare tutto alla sua squadra prima della fine della clessidra, ottiene i punti indicati sulle carte. Mimtoo è tornato, ancora più bello e pazzo.
