- This Santoku Knife is from the quality brand WMF and comes from their Grand Gourmet series. A Santoku blade is extra hard and therefore incredibly versatile to use. A Santoku knife is often seen as a good compromise between a cleaver and chef's knife. The blade is 18 cm long and forged from one piece of specially cast iron.
- This material makes the knife hard, durable, rust-resistant, and razor-sharp. The handle of the knife is made of Cromargan (18/10 stainless steel). The handle has a special curved design, making the knife comfortable in the hand. When you have finished cutting, it is recommended to clean the blade with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
