- Vinificazione: La prima fermentazione avviene in parte in barrique e in acciaio inox. La seconda fermentazione avviene classicamente in bottiglia, come previsto per il Trento DOC. Il vino matura poi sui lieviti per almeno 36 mesi per raggiungere un'eleganza che è possibile solo attraverso questo nobile metodo. Il dosaggio è minimo per non compromettere le caratteristiche naturali derivanti dalle condizioni ambientali estremamente favorevoli del Trentino, dal lungo invecchiamento e da una lavorazione particolarmente attenta e artigianale.
- Consiglio culinario: Come ogni Trentodoc di classe, questo vino è ottimo come aperitivo e può essere gustato a tutto pasto.
- Aroma e Sapore: Secco al palato, pulito, elegante oltre che particolarmente setoso e lungo. Un vino strutturato e significativo che si ritrova nel bicchiere. Il suo bouquet piacevole e complesso valorizza qualsiasi piatto, dall'aperitivo alla tavola raffinata.
