Category KIDS RUN

• The KIDS RUN consists of just one lap of 3.5 km
• The KIDS RUN starts at the Tissot Velodrome, following the same procedure as the adult race
• The children will start in waves according to their age groups: those born in 2013/2014, then 2015/2016, and the youngest born in 2017
• The KIDS RUN also features a team competition, in which whole school classes or clubs can compete against each other
• For those born between 2013 and 2017

Obstacle Run – pure running fun, topsy-turvy
The Obstacle Run is pure running fun for anyone who loves a new challenge. You'll experience an action-packed run with ups and downs through dirt and mud. The race is taking place in Grenchen for the first time – with plenty of action, fun and crazy challenges: the start and finish of the Obstacle Run Aare, as well as the food and drink area, will be located in and around the Tissot Velodrome grounds in Grenchen, Solothurn. Obstacles await you along the route that will really put you to the test: you'll be climbing over, crawling under and squeezing through them! A variety of obstacles ensure plenty of action along the 3.5km course. The race starts at the Tissot Velodrome, where you can choose between 1-3 laps. On each lap, up to 19 action-packed obstacles await the Obstacle Runners. The circuit starts at the Tissot Velodrome. Right at the start, you'll sprint through the indoor obstacle course and have your first little race with your friends! The circuit then takes you past the surrounding sports fields and leisure areas to the pump track and back to the Tissot Velodrome – the finish line. Once you've arrived, you can celebrate your finish, refuel at the food and drink stalls, and explore the partner stands.
