Maison de l'Absinthe – the reference for Swiss absinthe
Deep in the Val-de-Travers, the first drops of absinthe were once distilled. It is precisely at this birthplace that the Maison de l'Absinthe was inaugurated in 2014. As a museum, it preserves the know-how and authenticity of genuine absinthe. Visitors experience this tradition first-hand. The result is a carefully curated collection of exclusively Swiss absinthes produced in the Val-de-Travers and throughout the rest of Switzerland. Here, the original continuity of this spirit lives on to this day. Those who immerse themselves here will discover not just any absinthe, but the reference above all others.
