Programme

• The festival opens at 3pm exclusively for trade visitors
• The event kicks off from 3.15pm to 4.15pm with a masterclass led by Simon Staffler, Director of Falstaff Italia: the focus will be on the special Franciacorta category Satèn, renowned for its fine perlage, elegant style and excellent pairing potential with food
• 8 selected Satèn wines from leading producers will be tasted during the session
• From 5pm, private wine enthusiasts are also warmly welcome to taste the wines in a relaxed atmosphere, directly with the winemakers themselves

Sparkling delights from Italy in Zurich
On 07.09.2026, the Kongresshaus Zurich will become the meeting place for lovers of high-quality Italian sparkling wines. More than 30 renowned Franciacorta wineries will present their wines and invite you on an enjoyable journey of discovery through one of Italy's most significant sparkling wine regions. The highlight will be the large walk-around tasting, where you can discover the diversity of Franciacorta wines, meet the producers in person and learn more about the origins, styles and philosophies of the individual estates.
