Treatment details

• Vibratory liposuction is the most commonly used surgical liposuction method today
• A vibrating cannula is inserted through a small incision in the skin, which generates up to 70 vibrations per minute
• This results in fine suction while also stimulating skin shrinkage
• This method is very gentle on the tissue, making it possible to remove fat even from body areas that are difficult to access
• Very good skin shrinkage has been observed with this surgical technique
• The treatment is performed under local anaesthetic (no general anaesthetic)

Good to know

• This treatment is intended for body modelling and not for rapid weight loss
  • In the case of severe obesity, prior weight loss, e.g. through diet, is necessary
  • Accompagnied by information and detailed discussion
  • If a diet is not followed, new fatty tissue can form
• Possible side effects: Bruising, swelling, irregularities (dents), temporary swelling, scars
• A corset must be worn for approx. 1 month after liposuction and sport is only permitted after approx. 1 month
• The final result will only be visible a few weeks after the operation
