- Use Biotherm Homme Blue Serum morning and/or evening, on cleansed and dried skin, alone or before your usual cream. Pump 1 dose of serum into the palm of your hand, then apply to the skin using smoothing movements from the inside to the outside of the face. Avoid the eye contour area. Finish by applying to the neck.
- Avoid using this serum with other products containing retinol or any of its derivatives. In the event of irritation, use less frequently. If discomfort persists, discontinue use. Don't forget to apply a sun cream, ideally SPF 50+, to give your skin a complete anti-aging action.
