- 1. Start with a coin-sized amount of cream in your palm and evenly distribute on targeted parts of your body.
- 2. Apply the cream-gel using overlapping circular motions to activate circulation and help the product penetrate deeper
- into the skin.
- 3. Apply from the bottom up using upward motions in the direction of the venous blood flow: from the knees to the thighs, the elbows to the shoulders, the buttocks to the waist.
