- XeraCalm A.D Relief Cleansing Oil gently cleanses and soothes very dry skin prone to atopic eczema and itching. The first step in the anti-itching ritual, it leaves skin soft, comfortable and respects the cutaneous microbiome. Soap-free and with a physiological pH, it can be used during the flare-up phase on the face, body and scalp. Its formula combines I-modulia, the 1st postbiotic active ingredient derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water, which reduces itching, stimulates the skin's defenses and fights irritation, with Cer-omega, skin-like lipids known to nourish and restore the skin's barrier function, and Avène Thermal Spring Water, naturally soothing, anti-irritating and softening.
