- How to use the Coravin Sparkling
- Install the sparkling stopper
- After pouring as much sparkling wine as you like, lift the stopper locking handle to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the open bottle and press the locking handle firmly until it releases.
- Load the bottle with CO2
- Check the pressure light to make sure it is green, which indicates that a Coravin Pure Sparkling CO2 cap is installed. Align the magazine with the top of the cap and press firmly. The pressure light will turn red, indicating that the cylinder is ready to be charged. When the light changes back to green, the cylinder is fully charged.

- When you are ready to remove the cap, you can release the pressure in the cylinder by tilting the cap. Then, pull the locking handle fully out to remove it.
