The gourmet pan is perfect for searing over direct heat as well as for braising, baking and cooking over indirect heat. While the deliciously smelling rice simmers in the pan, fish, for example, can be gently steamed directly above it on the perforated tray. Use the large pan for grilling aromatic vegetables and meat or for gratins and cakes. Thanks to the regularly perforations, the perforated tray is ideal for small grilled food, such as finger food, as the entire grilled food can be placed on or removed in one easy step. The perforated tray is also ideal for baking bread rolls or pizza, as it allows the heat to circulate optimally and reach the food directly. The pan and perforated tray are both made of easy-care porcelain enameled steel, which makes them very light and ensures excellent heat conduction.
