Yoga Festival Ticino
This weekend is entirely dedicated to yoga, featuring asana, pranayama, meditation, sound baths, kirtan and concerts. The festival is perfect for discovering the many facets of yoga and immersing yourself in the festival atmosphere. You will be guided by experienced teachers in Italian and English. Relaxation is also part of the experience: the sauna experience is a guided relaxation session in a wood-fired barrel sauna, followed by a cold plunge or a swim in the river.
