- Tensioned areas of the back are relieved thanks to the different pimples. In addition, it relaxes the muscles of the back and neck, as well as those of the hips and thighs.
- How to choose which pimple to use?
- The "soft" pimple is used for beginners and mild muscle pain. After a while, you can switch to the "medium" pimple. And finally, the "hard" pimple can be used to intensify stimulation.
- Fastening the pimples to the stick
- Attach the chosen pimples (soft, medium, hard) to the holder. To attach the pin, turn clockwise. Then open the velcro and pass the holder over the RELEAZER. The DEEP RELEAZER should be centered on the stick. Finally, close the velcro.
