- The GEL-KAYANO™ 29 provides a stable running experience and a more responsive feel underfoot.With its lower profile external heel counter, this shoe hugs your foot with improved rearfoot support. We've also updated the midsole with FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning. This keeps the shoe lightweight and provides more energetic rebound with every step. Inside the midsole, we incorporated a LITETRUSS™ stability feature. This prevents your foot from turning too far inward as you run.
