First bake the uncovered dish in the oven, then serve it directly in its elegant dish. And if there's anything left over, simply put the lid on and vacuum it in seconds using the Zwilling Fresh & Save vacuum pump to preserve flavours and vitamins. The vacuum oven dish can then be stored in the freezer or refrigerator. If required, food can be reheated directly in the dish, either in the oven without a lid, or in the microwave. Vacuum packing ensures that the dish is as fresh as the day it was made, and the baking dish can be simply put in the dishwasher. The free Zwilling Culinary World app lets you keep track of your supplies by scanning the QR code on the lid.
