It is made according to the top-secret original recipe based on rhubarb, cinchona, yellow gentian, bitter orange and aromatic herbs, which was developed over more than seven years. Because of its fruity, bitter taste, it is generally used as an aperitif or in cocktails - the Aperol Spritz is based on this spirit.
