Instructions

• Before using your Bamix, here are a few safety rules! Discover all our tips and tricks in the Blog section.
• Always unplug the device before inserting or removing an attachment.
• Position the notch of the attachment at the level of the drive pin of the shaft to attach it properly. Then plug the device back in.
• Hold your Bamix properly: index finger on speed button 1, or middle finger on speed button 2, with your thumb securely placed in its grip.
• Use speed 1 with the whisk disc and the mixing disc (for mayonnaise or egg whites, for example).
• Use speed 2 with the star blade and the chopping blade (for blending, chopping, etc.).
• Preferably use a tall, narrow container.
• With the whisk disc and mixing disc, wait for the emulsion and then tilt the Bamix and lift it along the side of the container to incorporate air.
• Immerse the dome up to 3/4 in the liquid before mixing; essential with the whisk disc and mixing disc, and recommended for the star blade to avoid splashing.
• Check the waterproof level of your Bamix in the characteristics above (either up to the middle of the casing or above the push buttons).
• Clean your Bamix under running water, never in the dishwasher. Be sure to remove and clean the used attachment thoroughly.
