Description
- A set of four saucepans with their respective glass lids, in stainless steel for efficient and rapid heat diffusion: ø16x9.5 cm; ø18x10.5 cm; ø20x11.5 cm; and ø24x13.5 cm. Their capacities are : 1.9 L; 2.7 L; 3.5 L; and 5.1 L. They feature attractive copper-colored handles and knobs on a chrome-plated body, with graduations inside. The glass lids feature a steam valve. A set of three San Ignacio pans, Ø16x3.5 cm, Ø20x4.5 cm and Ø24x4.5 cm, in pressed aluminum, a material that ensures rapid heat-up. The interior of the pans has a non-stick coating, preventing food from sticking and facilitating cleaning.
