Simply select one of the convection cooking styles or prepare food as you would on a stovetop or use the 'Smart Switch' to switch to Rapid Cooker mode. - Convection cooking programs
- In convection cooking, the top heating element of the Ninja Speedi works together with the fan to distribute the heat perfectly throughout the pot. The Ninja Speedi multicooker has the following cooking modes for convection cooking: Grilling, air frying, boiling/roasting and drying.
- Air frying (150 - 210 °C): Hot air circulates in the pan for golden brown, crispy dishes cooked with little or no oil and up to 75% less fat than conventional frying methods. Prepare practically anything with the Airfry function, from salmon fillets and sweet potato wedges to chicken wings and mozzarella sticks.
- Grill (210 -240 °C): The top heat browns the top side of your meat, vegetables or fish to perfection. This allows you to prepare delicious marinated chicken fillets, grilled zucchinis and eggplants and tasty sandwiches.
- Baking/roasting (120 - 210°C): Use the Ninja Speedi as an oven to prepare tender meats, stews, baked pasta, cakes, cookies, roasted chicken thighs and bread.
- Drying (40 - 90 °C): Dry ingredients slowly at low heat to prepare homemade snacks such as dried fruit, vegetable potato chips and spices.
- Cooking programs
- When you select one of these programs, the bottom resistance lights up and the hob unlocks. This means you can also slow cook and sear/jump with the Ninja Speedi.
- Saisir/jump ("Lo1", "2", "3", "4" or "Hi5"): Use the bottom heating element to cook as you would on a stovetop. This way you can prepare delicious risottos, curries and pasta or simply brown meat and onions.
- Slow cooking ("Hi" "Lo"): Cook food slowly at a lower temperature for tender results; perfect for pulled pork, chili, soups, stews and sauces

- Use the "Smart Switch" to switch to the Ninja Speedi's Rapid Cook modes. These cooking modes combine steam and convection cooking for succulent and crispy results without ingredient restrictions.
