Description
- The Function 4 roasting pan with a diameter of 16 cm and the characteristic, striking red silicone ring has what it takes to become a real kitchen favorite. Searing - thanks to the raised rim almost without fat splashes, adding sauce and slow cooking or braising - whether Sunday roast, other meat or vegetable dishes, the roasting pan does it all in one pot. The glass lid has a red silicone ring with different sized sieve openings for easy draining of liquids when the lid is closed. Whether you are cooking pasta or fine-grained rice: the lid can be inserted in 4 marked positions and stays securely in place. The Function 4 saucepan from WMF also features heat-reducing hollow handles, a practical inner scale, a wide pouring rim and is also suitable for use on any stove thanks to the TransTherm® all-stove base. The hard-wearing pot is made from durable and easy-care Cromargan® and can be used in the oven up to 250 °C (with lid up to 180 °C) - and of course in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
