Description
- The Cromargan® pan has a non-stick coating on the inside. The CeraDur ceramic coating has excellent non-stick properties and is extremely heat-resistant up to 400 °C. The pan is ideal for frying anything quickly and over a high heat, such as steak or sausage. You can use fat very sparingly.
- The TransTherm all-stove base for optimum heat distribution and storage is suitable for all types of stove.
- Serving pans have two metal side handles. They are ideal for normal cooking, gratinating in the oven and serving. As there are no long handles to get in the way, nothing stands in the way of space-saving storage in the kitchen cupboards
