Because it is so practical and talented: In just one step, you roast meat in it, pour sauce and then let the dish cook slowly on the stove or in the oven. You save on a pan and meat pot, because tender, juicy braised dishes such as goulash and beef roulades succeed effortlessly in just one pot. The raised rim means that hardly any fat splashes out, and braising works even with little liquid. At the same time, the rim is lower than that of the meat pot so that the liquid evaporates more quickly and you can easily turn the meat. The roasting pots have a TransTherm® all-stove base for even heat distribution and long heat retention. They are available with matching glass or stainless steel lids.
