Steak cutlery includes a knife with a particularly sharp blade made of special blade steel, which is serrated. It cuts powerfully through grilled meat with a crispy crust, glides smoothly even through thick meat. The steak cutlery fork has extra-long and pointed tines to skewer cuts of meat. The outside edge makes it easy to cut up baked potatoes and vegetables. WMF offers steak cutlery in two collections: In the Nuova series, the knife and fork are made of Cromargan® throughout, are dishwasher safe, and are available as a pair or a 12-piece set. In the Ranch collection, WMF combines Cromargan® stainless steel with riveted oak handles for knives and forks. Clean should be the special cutlery by hand, they are offered as a pair and as a 6- and 12-piece set.
