- As versatile as it is popular, everything that needs a lot of liquid for cooking fits into the meat pot. And since its edge is particularly high, nothing splashes out when frying meat. It also accommodates noodles, potatoes and dumplings without any problems. Large-volume vegetables such as cauliflower are great for blanching, and the cooked potatoes can be mashed or pounded directly in the pot. Handles that stay cold longer, the wide pouring rim and, depending on the model, glass lids for visible cooking make it even easier to work with.
