Simply place the dough in the insertable plastic container so that it is half full, and then squeeze the press. To minimize the amount of force required, the multi-press has extra-long handles that provide maximum leverage when squeezing. Both the removable plastic container and the press made of stainless Cromargan® are hygienic, extremely stable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
