Please note that the serial number of the bath is placed on its inner frame, as well as on the box. This unique number should be kept and may be needed in case of requesting spare parts or proceeding with warranty claims. All hoses need to be checked and sealed by a specialist before using the product and on a regular basis. Hoses can get disconnected during transportation or over time. In case of a defect, the customer is responsible for the removal of the defective part and its reassembly. The product is not compatible with Swiss or English sockets and requires appropriate adapters.
