Lightweight,waterproof yet simple 6-man tent. Due to its low weight, it is ideal for extended hikes. We do not recommend high alpine use. When selecting the tent, in addition to the low weight, we also made sure that there was a minimum level of waterproofness. The waterproofness of the tent is over 1500mm. It is therefore waterproof according to the DIN standard.

A water column of 1500 mm seems very high. However, you should note that strong winds push the rain against the tent wall with high pressure. The high water column is very advantageous here. We also recommend checking the humidity regularly. Thanks to the quick and uncomplicated assembly, you won't lose any time and can move into your mobile home in no time at all. The separately lockable mosquito net at the entrance reliably protects you from uninvited visitors so that nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep. The roof at the tent entrance and the ventilation opening on the tent roof provide additional space and comfort.

We subjected the tent to a 24-hour test ourselves and filled the canopy with water. Everything was still dry the next day. Nevertheless, a water column of 1500 mm does not meet the highest standards. If you are planning a trip lasting several days, where the tent should be able to withstand all weathers, then we recommend much higher quality tents.

When reading other offers, please note that in many cases only the water resistance of the groundsheet is specified. This fabric must always be highly waterproof, otherwise moisture will immediately get into the tent.
