- General Use
- • Do not beat or whip your rug.
- • Vacuum using brushless vacuum cleaner attachments.
- • If there are objects (coffee table, sofa, etc.) on your rug, regularly change their positions to avoid marks.
- • Clean the areas where objects touch the rug with a vacuum cleaner.
- Stain Removal
- • Act immediately if something spills.
- • Blot the liquid with a paper towel to absorb it.
- • Do not use bleaching chemical cleaning products.
- • Wipe the spilled area with cold water and natural soap.
- • Gently wipe with a soft, white cloth; avoid circular and vigorous rubbing.
- • Do not step on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.
- Deep Cleaning
- • Wash your rug in a washing machine on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
- • Do not use chemical cleaners containing sodium hydroxide (caustic soda).
- • After washing, dry the rug laid flat on the floor; do not hang.
- • The rug should not be used while wet and must be protected from direct sunlight.
