To even out the colour and get rid of dents and creases, the material should be stroked with an open palm in one direction, wiped with a damp cloth or an iron with steam. Please note that wood is a natural product, therefore each piece may slightly vary. Differences in colour or texture, such as wrinkles or other natural features are not considered a defect and should not be a reason for complaint.
