- A great addition to the 3-piece pasta attachment is the pasta dryer to hang your pasta to dry, saving space. If you would like to make even more types of pasta yourself, we recommend the short pasta attachment.
- Material and cleaning
- The 3 pasta attachments are made of stainless steel and must not be put in the dishwasher or immersed in water! The pasta attachments must not come into contact with water at any time and should only be cleaned dry. A special cleaning brush is included to make it easier for you to clean the attachments. Please never use a knife and do not run a dish towel through the roller.
- It is important to note here that the rollers must be coated with food-grade oil/mineral oil once a year or every 50 working cycles in order to continue to function properly. Please do not use cooking oil or similar for this purpose, as this makes the pasta rollers unusable and this is not a reason for complaint on the part of the manufacturer. Please also refer to the instructions for use.
