- The set consists of a cutting board and 3 different knives suitable for cheeses with different types of seasoning:
- Wood (Oak) and stainless steel knives
- - Almond knife: ideal for aged cheeses, the blade easily detaches pieces of cheese and flakes.
- - Narrow-bladed knife: suitable for notching the rind and obtaining flakes from grainy and aged cheeses.
- - 2-prong cheese fork: ideal for holding cheeses steady while cutting and also for scooping and serving portioned cheeses.
