But some foods, such as certain cold meats, cheeses and vegetables, release moisture under vacuum. To keep these foods appetizing and crunchy, ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE offers a set of 2 drip trays. Made from high-quality plastic, these drip trays are around 10 mm high, with holes to allow condensation to drain downwards. This practical white FRESH & SAVE accessory has been specially designed for our glass tins. It fits perfectly, but can be easily removed thanks to the side cut-outs. The preservation grids are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. They are also frost-resistant and reusable. The set includes two drip racks: one for the M glass box and one for the L glass box.
