The dual temperature control allows both sides of the plate to be heated to different temperatures and maintained at a constant level between 90°C-260°C. Ideal for lightly searing grilled vegetables on one side and searing a steak on the other. The Plancha Elite can also be used to keep food perfectly warm. With a built-in drip tray, you can allow excess oils to drain from the plate for healthier cooking. Or if you are cooking with marinades and sauces, the opening can be closed to maintain your flavours during cooking.
