- The temperature inside the maturing cabinet can be set electronically in the range from 2 to 14°C, while the humidity inside can be regulated from 50 to 85%. These settings create optimum conditions for maturing meat to achieve the desired maturation and flavor development. An active fan ensures a very even temperature distribution in the cabinet to ensure consistent results.
- The CASO DryAged Master 125 features 3-layer UV glass, which protects the contents from harmful UV radiation while ensuring visibility. The cabinet is lockable, as there is an integrated lock to ensure the security of your meat supplies.
- The switchable interior lighting enables optimum presentation of your meat cuts and gives the cabinet an attractive appearance. In addition, the cabinet has switchable, antibacterial UV light and a built-in activated charcoal filter to keep the air quality and hygiene inside at the highest level.
