- A simmer pot is good for anything that burns easily in a regular pot. The principle: there is a layer of water between the pot and a removable insert. Milk and puddings will not boil over and burn. You can also melt chocolate, make choux pastry or defrost frozen food in the simmer pot. By means of temperature indicator you control the heat in use. The simmering pot has a capacity of 1.5 liters, and its scale helps you to measure out liquids appropriately. The flared pouring rim makes it easy to pour without dripping, and the profiled handles do not heat up on the stove. The pot has a TransTherm® all-stove base and conducts heat evenly to the inside. Pot and insert made of Cromargan® stainless steel may be put in the dishwasher.
