Description
- Thanks to its deep, oval shape, the large roasting pan with multifunctional metal lid from WMF makes it possible to braise and cook even large portions of a wide variety of dishes. The roasting pan and lid are heat-resistant in the oven up to 250 °C, and the metal lid can also be used as a serving pan. An ovenproof meat thermometer is included to make it easier to prepare meat dishes cooked to perfection. Made from hard-wearing and easy-care Cromargan®: 18/10 stainless steel, the roasting pan and lid can be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
