- Cuddly, windproof and warm, hooded fleece jacket. The KIDS STAVANGER JACKET is a two layer fleece jacket that offers good insulation and is breathable and lightweight. A windproof membrane between the two fleece layers provides protection in very windy weather or when riding a bike. The jacket has two hand pockets and a zipped chest pocket. Main zip with chin protector.
