- XERACALM A.D Cleansing Bar gently cleanses and protects very dry skin prone to atopic eczema and itching. This soap-free dermatological bar, with a very gentle cleansing base and pH neutral for the skin, is very well tolerated by the skin and is ideal for infants, children, and adults. Fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, it has been developed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions. Its formula combines I-modulia®, the first postbiotic active ingredient derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water, which reduces itching, stimulates the skin's defenses, and fights irritation, with a lipid phase that includes evening primrose oil to nourish and restructure the skin barrier, and Avène Thermal Spring Water, which is naturally soothing, anti-irritating, and softening.
