- Dymatize® SUPER MASS GAINER is a premium quality mass gainer with an appropriate calorific blend, designed to meet the particular needs of bodybuilders, weightlifters and people who have difficulty gaining muscle in the mass gain phase. It's essential to ensure appropriate, targeted nutrient intake, especially during intense training phases. Targeted nutrition helps to support muscle growth, improve training performance and reduce fatigue. The "POWERHOUSE formula" is specially developed to provide a powerful blend of creatine, carbohydrates and protein to meet your specific needs during the mass gain phase. Each serving contains 52 g of high-quality protein including 11-12 g of naturally occurring Bcaas + 3 g of creatine and, depending on flavour, up to 243 g of carbohydrates and is low in sugars*. Dymatize® uses only pure creatine and high-quality creatine monohydrate from Creapure®, made in Germany. A daily intake of 3 g of creatine enhances physical performance during successive repetitions of high-intensity exercises over a short period. The 5 vitamins (vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and folate) present also help reduce fatigue, while the protein supports both growth and maintenance of muscle mass
