- The GEL-K1011 shoe takes details from the iconic GEL-KAYANO design of the late 1990s and early 2000s and combines them with a modern tool system.
- The upper of this design features different panels and badges inspired by the GEL-KAYANO 5, GEL-KAYANO 6 and GEL-KAYANO 10 shoes.
- The midsole features the same tool system as the GEL-CUMULUS 17 shoe. It features two inserts of GEL technology and FLYTEFOAM and FLYTEFOAM PROPEL cushioning to offer enhanced impact absorption and rebound.
