As with previous generations, these highly stretchable sleeves promote blood circulation and prepare the muscles and mind for exertion. During training and running, they dampen vibrations to reduce muscle damage and pain, and delay fatigue. Horizontal waffle-knit zones promote microcirculation and lymphatic flow, reducing shin soreness and inflammation when mileage accumulates. Following the recent publication of a scientific study showing that compression sleeves help reduce stomach problems after intense activity, we have perfected these waffle-knit zones to further promote blood circulation and reduce intestinal damage.
