Description
- The POC Cerebel is a compact aerodynamic helmet for road cycling, designed to enhance performance. It has been developed in close collaboration with the Garmin-Sharp professional team, Volvo Car Group and the WATTS Lab, combining sporting expertise and cutting-edge engineering.
- Thought to optimize air penetration, the Cerebel has been tested in wind tunnels and via CFD simulations, proving its effectiveness in dynamic and variable positions. It also promotes better upper-body mobility and helps eliminate lactate, offering an advantage over helmets designed solely for static time-trial positions.
- The rear of the helmet is made of molded EVA, covered with an aerodynamic fabric that reduces wind resistance and improves comfort. It features a removable magnetic Zeiss visor, specially designed to enhance road contrast and improve visibility of irregularities and obstacles.
- Thanks to its original magnetic attachment system, the visor is perfectly positioned for low air resistance and can be easily attached or removed. As part of the AVIP concept, the Cerebel is also available in high-visibility colors and includes a set of reflective stickers and an ICE beacon for added safety.
