- This 2-in-1 stand, made of sturdy steel with a solid, stable base, is designed for hanging heavy bags and speed balls. The freestanding punching bag and speedball mount is adjustable to four different heights, allowing you to set it to the height that's right for you and customize this fitness equipment to your needs. Four weight hooks are built into the base for added stability.
