L-carnitine is an amino acid that plays an important role in energy metabolism, helping to mobilize fats for use as an energy source by the body during exercise. Containing pure fruit juice, this drink can be consumed both before and during exercise, or at any time of day, to help control weight and quench thirst.
- Use recommendations
