  • Day 1: arrival in Bangkok
    Upon arrival in Bangkok, a complimentary shuttle service will take you comfortably to your airport hotel. You can use the day to relax, enjoy the hotel facilities and prepare for your upcoming Bhutan adventure.
  • Day 2: Bangkok > Paro > Thimphu
    A spectacular flight over the Himalayas brings you to Bhutan. Upon arrival in Paro, you will be welcomed by your guide before continuing to Thimphu, the charming capital of the kingdom. During a relaxed walk through the city, you will gain your first impressions of Bhutanese culture, architecture and way of life.
  • Day 3: Thimphu > Dochula Pass > Punakha
    Your journey continues over the famous Dochula Pass with its 108 chortens and impressive views of the Himalayan peaks. In Punakha, you visit the majestic Punakha Dzong, one of the most beautiful fortress monasteries in the country. Afterwards, you walk through rice fields to the famous fertility temple Chime Lhakhang.
  • Day 4: Punakha Valley
    Discover the spiritual side of the Punakha Valley with visits to Nalanda Monastery and Nobgang Temple. A special highlight is the hike to the picturesque Khamsum Yulley Chorten, which offers spectacular views over the valley and the surrounding mountains.
  • Day 5: Punakha > Trongsa > Bumthang

Another highlight is a visit to the sacred Mebar Tsho, the famous «Burning Lake», one of the country's most important pilgrimage sites.
  • Day 7: Bumthang > Phobjikha Valley
    Travelling through spectacular mountain scenery, you reach the picturesque Phobjikha Valley. This vast high-altitude valley is one of Bhutan's most beautiful natural regions and is renowned for its pristine landscapes as well as the rare black-necked cranes that stop here during the winter months. Optionally, you may visit the famous Gangtey Monastery or enjoy a hike through the idyllic countryside.
  • Day 8: Phobjikha > Thimphu > Paro
    Via the Dochula Pass, you return to western Bhutan. In Paro, important cultural landmarks such as the impressive Paro Dzong and the National Museum provide fascinating insights into the country's history and traditions. The stunning setting of the Paro Valley ensures unforgettable views throughout the day.
  • Day 9: Tiger's Nest Monastery
    Today is dedicated entirely to one of Asia's most iconic landmarks. During an impressive hike, you reach the legendary Tiger's Nest Monastery, dramatically perched on a cliff high above the Paro Valley. This spiritual site is considered one of the highlights of any journey to Bhutan. In the afternoon, you have time to stroll through the streets of Paro and look for unique souvenirs.
  • Day 10: Paro > Bangkok
    After unforgettable days in the Kingdom of Bhutan, it is time to say goodbye. You will be transferred to Paro Airport and fly back to Bangkok while enjoying spectacular views of the Himalayan peaks.
